Just a reminder that the on-line sanction system is up and operating and that all tournaments need to be uploaded and approved by the council members prior to the Mid Winter meeting. Please coordinate with your Council person for another year of smooth tournament and guide preparation.
Reminder that the club registration renewal needs to be complete prior to the sanction application process.

The Western Region Council is soliciting bids for the 2014 Western Regional Championships. If your club is interested in hosting the Western Regional Tournament in July 2014, please let your Council person or Elaine Bush, EVP-Western Region, know as soon as possible.
Your Council person can provide you with a sample bid package if you would like to submit a proposal to the Council. The proposer’s bid package will go before the Western Region Council for review and approval and you will be notified within 14 days of the results.
