Just a reminder that the 2024 Western Regional Championships are being held at Wet Set Village, Newberry Springs, CA on July 23-27, 2024.
The entry deadline date (July 15th) is approaching and those planning to ski in the tournament should enter using online registration at www.usawaterski.org. Further information can be found here: 2024 Western Regionals
Western Regionals is looking for someone to be the Assignments Coordinator, for which the person doesn’t necessarily need a particular rating but must be highly organized to arrange judging assignments for each of the two lakes each day among the available officials. If you are interested, please respond to Tom Nathan at tom.nathan@verizon.net as soon as possible.
If you wish to be considered for an Appointed, Assigned, Assistant Chief or Chief official (Judge or Scorer) at either or both of the events listed below, please respond to Tom Nathan at tom.nathan@verizon.net to express your intent as soon as possible.
Officials should be a Regular or Senior Judge or Scorer holding three-event ratings in accordance with Rule 6.02 for Regionals and Rule 6.01 for Nationals.

The winter council meeting for the Western Region will be held the first week of January where selections for positions at both Regional and National events will tentatively be made from all interested parties.
